We want you to be delighted with your purchase:
We are happy to accept returns, no quibble, to ensure that you are comfortable when purchasing from us. However returns postage is payable by you.
Procedure for returns:
Important: You must notify us immediately in writing via e-mail or phone of goods received faulty or wrong item sent. Notifications received after 5 days may not be taken into consideration.
Returns where postage is payable by buyer:
- Buyer changes mind/dislikes purchase.
- Buyer refuses delivery, returns without notice or refusal to sign for delivery.
Please note we will of course not charge for postage when we have agreed with you via communication on e-mail or phone for items received damaged or with a fault; and on occasion when a wrong item has been dispatched to you. In this event, we will add postage cost of return as stamped on the parcel to the purchase value. If you are based in the UK we will send you a returns postage label by post or e-mail. If you are outside of UK you will need pay for the postage (standard service) which we will refund with the cost of your purchase.
No refund will be issued when buyer returns an item, but it arrives to the seller damaged, defective, or materially different than what was originally shipped by the seller. Goods not received cannot be refunded of course.
Returns to be addressed below and please ensure you return the packing note sent with the good with you reasons for return.
