janeojewels.com has made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths and accurate colour options. However, we are aware that colours and images very sfightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. In most cases, the only surprises is that the crystal, diamants and particularly the Swarovski products are far more dazzling in real life than the pixels of the monitor allow us to show!
The advertising of products on the site is the way in witch we are able to display all the items available to buy thought the site. We aim to keep items in stock at all times but to the very nature of our product the range being imported or hand-made means that it is inevitable there could be breaks in supply. It should not be possible to order any item that is not in stock. You can only place items in your basket that are currently in stock meaning that you can shop with contidence that the items that you have chosen will be with you within a few days.
However, on rare occasions, stock levels may be incorrect and you will be contacted. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and janeojewels.com, so prices and stock availability won’t be contractually confirmed until you recarve the ‘confirmation of despatch’ email sent once your order has been successfully picked and we can confirm stock levels have been checked.

Plaese be aware that whilst we take great care to accurately describe the jewellery shown on our website, a lot of the items are hand made from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from that shown and are usually in same way unique.
We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us, but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us by e-mail at customer email@example.com immediately and we will attempt to things right or arrange for a return. Making A Purchase
When you make a purchase from janeojeewels.com:
- You will receive an electronic confirmation upon receipt of your order an soon as your order has been received.
- You will receive notification of dispatch usually within 1-2 working days of your order being processed.
It should not be possible to order any inform that is not in stock. You can only plase items in your basket that are currently in stock meaning that you can shop with confidence that the intem that you have chosen will be with you within a few days.
UK – Depending on your local currency, our prices are stated in pound sterling (£) *Euros (€) or *US Dollars ($) and include VAT at the rate of 17.5%.

Standard Delivery ( £2.50 )
Once your order has been accepted, we aim to delivery your item(s) within 3-5 working days. You will receive an e-mail notification from us as soon as your shipment has been sent. You can also trake and view orders at http://www.royalmail.com. All orders are posted using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on delivery.
Special Delivery (£5.50)
If you need or would like a guaranteed next day delivery, you have the option to change to Special Delivery. This option is only available if you place an order before 2pm ton date of order Monday-Thursday only, which will guarantee delivery next working day before 1pm.
If your delivery is late, please contact Royal Mail at http://www.royalmail.com with your tracking number which we sent you by e-mail. In the event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 20 working days after which the Post Office clasify the parcel as lost. Janeojewels cannot be held responsible for the ate or loss of delivery.
Please Note if no one is available to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office.
Overseas Delivery Charges
All order are delivered using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and include full insurance.

When returning goods to janeojewels.com we would advise you to send the item(s) with their original packaging to ensure that the product is not damaged in transist, unused and accompanied by the detachable address slip at the bottom of the dispatch note. Janeojewels.com cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products, this is due to hygiene reasons and does not effect your statutory right.
The guarantee does not cover loss or damage caused by accident, misuse, nagiect or normal wear and taar.
For your benefit and security in the event of the return we recommend that you send the goods back to Janeojewels.com by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the googs whist they are in transit. You will need to send the returns slip with the product. Janeojewels.com will then impiement full remedial work at no expense to you. The guarantee does not cover lose or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or normal wear and fear.
